Dustless Floor Sanding Process :Is it really dustless. Were asked time and time again, “How is this really possible, how can there be no dust. Industrial strength vacuum technology and high end floor sanding equipments the answer. There are basically two types of dustless systems. Dust containment and Dust Evacuation. We use a total Dust Evacuation system that resides in our trucks and trailers. It is gas powers, has endless capacity, very long range and is the most powerful of its kind available. A containment system is a much lesser powered ,smaller ,portable system. It is usually brought into the home resembling a shop vacuum and has limited capacity and suction. It is better than the old way but is not dustless. A 1300 pond vacuum located outside in our trailer is the massive powerhouse behind our sanding equipment. A series of hoses connect from the vacuum to our sanders ,evacuates 99.9% of all the dirt ,dust and fumes generated by floor sanding process. We cut the floor 3 times .This means a rough grit sanding followed by a medium grit and then a fine grit sanding .Then it is sanded an orbital type machine to blend all the work before finishing. This is the only way to properly sand a hardwood floor and remove all the sanding marks from the rough and medium grits .When its ready to be finished ,we can provide an array of stains choices and premium hardwood floor finishes of only the best quality. Eco friendly ,low odor and fast drying products to eliminate down time and classic oil based products as well.
